Israeli Border Police Arrest Four Suspects Smuggling Weapons in Southern Paran Area
Israeli Border Police commandos in the southern region arrested four suspects last night on suspicion of smuggling weapons in the Paran area. The operation was conducted in coordination with IDF fighters from Division 80, Squadron 100, and the police air unit, under the intelligence guidance of the Shin Bet security service. During the arrest attempt, the suspects tried to flee and nearly ran over the officers, prompting the forces to fire accurately at the vehicle's tires. The suspects, residents of the Negev, were taken into custody for investigation by the Shin Bet.
