Israeli Border Police Arrest Two Illegal Workers and Employer at Abu Ghosh Construction Site

Israeli Border Police conducted a proactive operation at a construction site in the Abu Ghosh local council area on Monday. Acting on prior intelligence, the officers carried out extensive searches and found two Palestinian residents from the West Bank working without permits. Both were detained on the spot. Additionally, a local resident of Abu Ghosh was arrested on suspicion of employing the illegal workers at the site. All three detainees were transferred to Israeli police for further investigation and processing.

The Border Police and Israeli police emphasized that operational efforts will continue regularly to locate and arrest suspects involved in transporting, employing, and housing Palestinian residents from the West Bank illegally. The arrests highlight ongoing enforcement actions targeting unauthorized labor and employment practices in the region.
