Israeli Border Police Raid Illegal Workers at Abu Ghosh Construction Site Near Jerusalem

Israeli Border Police from the Jerusalem district conducted a targeted raid at a construction site in the Abu Ghosh local council area following suspicions of employing illegal Palestinian workers. The operation involved officers climbing scaffolding with weapons drawn, methodically searching floor by floor to locate suspects attempting to hide within the building framework.

During the thorough search, two Palestinians from the West Bank were found without legal residency or work permits and were immediately detained. Additionally, a local resident of Abu Ghosh was arrested on suspicion of directly employing these workers and facilitating their illegal labor. All three individuals were handcuffed and taken to the police station for further criminal investigation.
