Alona Saar and Yotam Rabinov Get Married in Tel Aviv Ceremony
After four years together and eight months after their engagement, actress Alona Saar, 28, and musician Yotam Rabinov, 26, are finally getting married on Friday. The midday wedding is taking place at Beit HaShemachot in Tel Aviv.
The ceremony is being officiated by the bride’s close friend, actor Adam Gabai. Among the guests is the bride’s father, Foreign Minister Gideon Saar, who arrived with his wife Geula Even and their two children, David and Shira. Also present is the bride’s mother and Gideon Saar’s ex-wife, Sheli Saar, in a notable family reunion 14 years after their separation.
The guest list is mostly family and friends, and notably does not include politicians. In an interview last month, Alona Saar said about the preparations and the invitees: “Politicians will not be there. I think it would not be fun for anyone. I also don’t think they would want to come.”
Among those seen celebrating were Noa Cohen, Neta Rot, Talia Bartfeld and dancer Eitan Krips. The wedding marks the couple’s long-awaited next step after nearly half a year of engagement following four years as a couple.
