Police vehicle damaged after unrest at Modi'in crossing over traffic fine

Hundreds of people disrupted order at the Maccabim crossing after police, during a routine operation, identified a resident of Modi'in Illit in his 20s driving a vehicle that had not passed its annual inspection for more than a year and issued him a fine. The incident escalated after the citation, and hundreds of protesters arrived at the scene.
