A simple cornflake treat turns into a crunchy, addictive snack when mixed with melted chocolate and peanut butter. The recipe says the result disappears quickly and takes less than 10 minutes of active work.
The batch makes about 20 pieces and is described as an easy recipe that can be made dairy or pareve. It calls for 300 grams of milk chocolate, 100 grams of dark chocolate, 3 tablespoons of peanut butter, 4 cups of cornflakes, a pinch of salt, and a handful of chocolate chips or chopped peanuts for topping.
To make it, the chocolate and peanut butter are melted together in a microwave-safe bowl, then stirred until smooth and glossy. A pinch of salt is added, the cornflakes are folded in gently so they are coated, and the mixture is transferred to a small tray lined with baking paper and pressed down with a spoon.
The top is finished with chocolate chips or chopped peanuts, then the tray is frozen for one hour until set. After that, the mixture is cut into cubes and served.
