Defense Ministry to Hold Security Drill in South Hebron Hills Overnight

The Ministry of Defense’s Crossing Authority will conduct a security exercise at the Meitar Crossing in the southern Hebron Hills between 7:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m., the ministry said. During the drill, Route 60 will be closed to traffic intermittently.

The exercise will also involve gunfire and explosions, which residents and motorists in the area are expected to hear while it is underway.
