Linor Shoshan's Mother Questioned Over Alleged Court Document Forgery

The mother of Linor Shoshan was questioned by police on suspicion of forging a court document that she allegedly presented at a hospital. According to the suspicions, the mother, identified as Levi, arrived at the hospital with a document that appeared to be a court protocol, which purportedly extended visiting hours for her and other family members, including evening visits.

Police and prison service personnel at the scene examined the document. Due to suspicions that it did not align with the actual court decision, they reported the incident. The court had previously ruled that on the day of Shoshan's surgery, family members would be allowed to visit for one hour before and one hour after the procedure. During these visits, Shoshan was permitted to make regular phone calls, excluding app usage. Visitors were required to undergo a physical check, and brief physical contact was allowed at the discretion of the officers on duty.

However, the document presented by Levi allegedly included additional visiting hours, specifically in the evening, as if they had been approved by the court. Following the report, she was summoned for a warning interrogation at the Jerusalem District Police. She was subsequently released under restrictive conditions.
