Noa Kirel Makes Surprise Visit to Children's Hospital

Israeli pop star Noa Kirel made an unannounced and deeply moving visit to Ichilov Hospital in Tel Aviv on Tuesday, dedicating over 90 minutes to cheering up hospitalized children.

Kirel, accompanied by a friend, arrived at the hospital and encountered Maor, known as the 'Lego Man,' who distributes Lego kits to children facing illness. After a brief conversation, Kirel joined Meir Odeser from Ezrah M'Tzion, who supports children with cancer at the hospital, and proceeded to visit the oncology wards.

Her visit extended far beyond initial expectations. Over the course of 90 minutes, Kirel toured five different hospital departments, entering the rooms of 11 children. She also spent time with other children and parents in the hallways, pausing for photos and hugs. Maor noted that Kirel's visit was unplanned and without any fanfare, emphasizing her genuine desire to connect with the children.

One particularly poignant moment occurred as Kirel was preparing to leave. A mother approached her, explaining that her daughter was scheduled for complex brain surgery the following day. Kirel immediately agreed to visit the girl on the fourth floor, extending her stay for what Maor described as an 'extra time' moment, comparing her dedication to that of a true champion.

This was not Kirel's first act of kindness towards sick children; Maor stated he has known her for years and has witnessed her make numerous similar visits to hospitals. He concluded by calling the visit '90 minutes of kindness,' highlighting her selfless dedication and the smiles she left behind.
