A former food delivery driver for Wolt has spoken out about a sexual assault she experienced nearly a year ago, detailing the profound impact it has had on her life and her criticism of the company's response. The incident, which occurred on November 7, 2025, involved a customer, Yaniv Ben Adiba, 37, who allegedly trapped her in an elevator, forcibly hugged her, and committed a indecent act after she refused his advances.

The victim, identified only as 'A', described a significant loss of trust, innocence, and security, stating that she now views strangers with suspicion and has experienced difficulties in her personal relationships, even flinching at hugs from male family members. The assault also led her to stop working entirely, as she found herself unable to cope mentally with returning to her job or any other employment.

Despite initial feelings of shame and guilt, 'A' reported the incident to the police the night it happened, finding the officers sensitive and supportive. The subsequent filing of an indictment by the Central District Attorney's Office reinforced her belief that the system took her complaint seriously. She has chosen to share her story to encourage other victims to come forward and report their experiences, emphasizing that they do not have to face such trauma alone.
