Ashdod's Free Family Festival Draws Hundreds of Families for Two Days of Entertainment

The city of Ashdod's events department has concluded a highly successful two-day "Festi Park" festival, which attracted hundreds of families to Ashdod Yam Park. Each day, families enjoyed a rich program of shows and activities for children in a joyful and vibrant atmosphere, all free of charge.

On the first day, attendees enjoyed children's plays by Niv Keshet and Ge'age'a. The festival also featured performances by the Barmoza Theater, "Yaniv HaMagniv" (Yaniv the Cool), who energized the crowd, and "Roy Boy," who captivated children and families.

Throughout the park, attractions for children, workshop and craft areas, and inflatable attractions were available. These areas operated continuously over both days, offering families diverse options for play, creativity, and shared enjoyment. The park was lively from the start to the end, with families moving between attractions for a sustained experience.

Beyond the entertainment, the event offered significant economic relief for families. Occurring shortly after the summer, which involves numerous expenses, the opportunity for free shows, performances, and attractions provided parents and children a chance for shared leisure without straining the family budget.
