Liam Golan Announces New Album Release, Discusses Personal Spiritual Journey

Israeli singer Liam Golan has announced that his debut album is slated for release after the upcoming holidays. In a recent interview with Karin Ableman on the "Israela" channel, Golan, who was named Breakthrough Artist of the Year, shared details about his musical project and his evolving personal life.

Golan revealed that his sister, Alyn, has become significantly more religious, frequently attending synagogue and observing daily penitential prayers. He expressed his own inclination towards a more religious lifestyle, stating, "I believe I will keep Shabbat in the future," though he acknowledged he is not yet at that stage. He currently wears tefillin and noted that his family uses Shabbat for shared activities, limiting television viewing.

Golan also discussed his involvement in the songwriting process for his new album, describing it as a different experience compared to releasing individual songs. He expressed excitement about entering the major leagues of the music industry with the album's release. "Once you release an album, you know you're in the big leagues," he stated.

When asked about the funniest person he knows, Golan's immediate response was his sister, Alyn, highlighting a lighter aspect of their relationship.
