Hundreds of Israeli Flags Vandalized in Galilee; Religious Zionism Party Blames Local Arabs

Hundreds of Israeli flags, recently erected by activists from the Religious Zionism party along roads in the Galilee and near Majd al-Krum, have been torn down and vandalized. The party alleges that local Arabs are responsible for the act. The flags were part of a campaign by the party in the region, and footage released after the incident shows the poles where the flags were displayed now bare.

Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich responded to the footage, stating, "I am informing the rioters: the party is over. What we did in Judea and Samaria, we will do in the Negev and the Galilee. Yes, we will Judaize!" The Religious Zionism party issued a statement, declaring, "The situation in the Galilee is like October 6th on the Gaza border. The current situation where Israeli flags are vandalized and torn down within the State of Israel is a terrible threat and must stop. We have presented a practical plan for this, and this is our mission for the next term: we will transfer the settlement revolution from Judea and Samaria to the Negev and the Galilee."
