His most recent role was as manager of the Tel Aviv business center at Bank Hapoalim, where he held various management positions within the business and retail divisions over his tenure.
ETGA, controlled by the investment group Bryn DBSI, focuses on logistics and non-banking finance. In logistics, the company provides solutions for international trade and cargo transport. Within non-banking finance, through Toam Finance, it specializes in real estate financing, import financing, and supply chain finance solutions.
Toam Finance has seen significant growth, with revenues increasing by about 20% to approximately 31 million shekels in the first half of 2026. The company's credit portfolio reached about 813 million shekels as of June 30, 2026, an 87% increase from the previous year. In May, Toam Finance acquired 80% of a loan portfolio valued at approximately 226 million shekels, designated for urban renewal projects, as part of its expansion strategy.
