Food Critic Slams 'Corner of the Three' Restaurant for Disappointing Bukharian Cuisine

Food critic Niv Galboa visited the "Shifudei Pinat HaShlosha" restaurant, expecting traditional Bukharian fare, but left thoroughly disappointed. Despite a long queue and high expectations, most dishes failed to impress. Galboa described the overall dining experience as extremely disappointing, especially compared to a previous positive visit to another branch of the chain.

The meal began with an array of appetizers and salads that received harsh criticism. The hummus was likened to a store-bought industrial product, the eggplant salad was overwhelmed by excessive garlic, and the manti dumplings were served torn and leaking their filling. The accompanying laffa bread was cold and hard, further dampening the experience before the main courses arrived.

The only redeeming dish among the meats was the shawarma, which was found to be juicy and adequately seasoned. However, the house kebab was a complete failure, described as too soft, poorly formed, and undercooked.

Despite the waiter's amusing service, Niv Galboa ultimately awarded the restaurant a low score of 4.5 out of a possible rating. The critic's overall assessment highlighted a significant gap between the restaurant's promise and its execution, particularly concerning the authenticity and quality of its traditional Bukharian dishes.
