Hostage Survivor Liri Albag Celebrates Hamas Terrorist's Elimination

Liri Albag, a former Hamas hostage, reacted with joy on Sunday to the elimination of the terrorist Muhammad Jaber, who held her and fellow hostage Agam Berger for months. "When such good news arrives, you can't hide the smile. What a crazy closing of a circle! The terrorist who held Agam and me for almost a year has been eliminated!" Albag wrote on social media. She stated that while she could recount the immense suffering Jaber inflicted on them during their captivity, she chose to summarize her reaction with a sharp message: "Rot in hell, you scoundrel."

Jaber was involved in holding several other hostages during the war, including Ziv and Gali Berman, Eitan Mor, Matan Angrest, Omri Miran, Keith Segal, and Alon Ahl. Security officials noted that Jaber had recently been working to advance terror attacks against Israeli forces and citizens. The elimination of Jaber is seen as a significant blow to Hamas's operational capabilities and a measure of closure for those he held captive.
