Yair Netanyahu Slams New York Times, Calls it 'Anti-Semitic'

Yair Netanyahu, son of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, has ignited controversy on social media with a fierce attack on The New York Times. In a post on his X account, Netanyahu accused the newspaper of biased reporting on the war and criticized Israelis who rely on its publications.

Netanyahu alleged that The New York Times has published claims that Israel is starving Gaza and committing genocide, and that Israel trains dogs to rape Palestinians. He further accused the newspaper of denying the Holocaust in real-time and hiding it from the American public. "This is an anti-Semitic, Israel-hating newspaper that slanders us almost daily!" he wrote.

He also directed criticism at Israeli political opponents, stating, "It's unbelievable that for the leftists, if something is published in the New York Times, it's the truth!"

This latest outburst follows previous social media controversies involving Yair Netanyahu. Notably, businessman Roni Mane, formerly close to the Netanyahu family, recently accused the family of hypocrisy regarding their public religious observance, particularly after reports of Netanyahu being active on social media during Yom Kippur.
