Kupa Rashit Series Premiere Dominates Israeli Ratings
The latest weekly television ratings in Israel show a strong performance by Kan 11, with the premiere of the popular comedy series "Kupa Rashit" (The Super) securing the top spot. The episode, which aired on Monday, garnered an impressive 16.4% rating, translating to 489,000 viewers, marking a new high for the show.
Despite Kan 11's success, Keshet 12 continues to dominate the overall ratings landscape, holding most of the top positions. A documentary titled "Special Forces - Sayeret Shaldag" on Keshet 12, aired on Wednesday, captured the second-highest rating with 13.4% (374,000 viewers).
Following closely was an extended news broadcast on Keshet 12 on Thursday, covering Prime Minister Netanyahu's UN speech, which achieved a 13.3% rating and 408,000 viewers. Another Keshet 12 program, Hanoch Daum's "Life is Hard," aired Tuesday, secured fourth place with 11.7% and 349,000 viewers.
In the news bulletin category, Keshet 12 maintained its lead. The central news edition presented by Yonit Levi on Tuesday ranked first with 12.7% and 354,000 viewers. The Monday edition, hosted by Adva Dedon, followed with 12.6% and 361,000 viewers. The Thursday edition, also by Levi, garnered 12.3% but attracted more viewers with 369,000, placing it third. The Wednesday edition, again hosted by Levi, concluded the top news slots with 11.2% and 321,000 viewers.
