Lorenzo Brown Nears Deal with Hapoel Jerusalem for $850,000 Per Season

American basketball player Lorenzo Brown is reportedly on his way to signing with Hapoel Jerusalem, aiming to fill the void left by the injured Jared Harper. Details of the potential deal have emerged, indicating Brown would receive approximately $850,000 per season. Milano, Brown's former team, is expected to contribute about $250,000 of that sum, leaving Hapoel Jerusalem responsible for the remaining $600,000. The contract is set to run until the end of the current season, with an option for Hapoel Jerusalem to terminate the agreement after a few months. This clause is reportedly linked to the recovery timeline of Jared Harper, who is expected to be sidelined for two to four months due to his groin injury.

Last season, the 36-year-old Brown played in 12 EuroLeague games, averaging 5.8 points and 2.7 assists per contest. His standout performance included a 17-point, five-assist outing against his former club Panathinaikos.
