Israel National Football Team Loses Midfielder Abu Fani to Injury
Mohamed Abu Fani, a midfielder for Red Star Belgrade, has been released from the Israeli national football team due to a groin tear. He will miss the upcoming UEFA Nations League matches against Austria, Ireland, and Kosovo over the next two weeks. Abu Fani had traveled with the team to Linz for the match against Austria but had to return home after the injury, sustained during his club's games, was diagnosed as a small tear.
