Man Indicted for Sex Crimes Against Four Minors, Including Rape
Prosecutors have filed an indictment against Harel Stickler, a 20-year-old resident of Bat Yam, for committing sex offenses against four minors aged 12 to 15. The indictment alleges that Stickler engaged in repeated acts of rape against a 13-year-old girl over approximately two years, touching her and demanding she perform oral sex on him. He met the other underage victims on TikTok and Instagram, and committed sex offenses against them during extended online conversations. Stickler also allegedly demanded intimate photos and videos from the girls and sent them pictures of his own genitalia.
