Father Indicted for Six Years of Sexual Abuse Against Minor Daughter

The State Prosecutor's Office has filed an indictment against a 55-year-old man from central Israel for a series of sexual offenses allegedly committed against his minor daughter. According to the indictment, the abuse began when the daughter was approximately 8 years old and continued for about six years. The father is accused of exploiting his parental authority to commit acts of rape and indecent assault against his daughter, describing the abuse as systematic and repeated. Prosecutors allege he took advantage of her innocence over an extended period. In some instances, he allegedly threatened her, saying he would hit her if she revealed the abuse. The indictment charges him with raping a minor family member and indecent assault on a minor family member. The prosecution is requesting that the court order his continued detention until the legal proceedings are concluded.
