Sixteen Women in Rameh Complete Tech Skills Course

Sixteen women in the village of Rameh have successfully completed a professional training course in computer skills, focusing on Microsoft Office programs and artificial intelligence. The course was conducted as part of a collaboration between the "Midway" program and the Otzma Center.

The initiative aimed to equip participants with modern digital tools and enhance their professional capabilities to meet the evolving demands of the job market, particularly with the increasing role of technology and AI in workplaces.

The "Midway" program targets individuals aged 50 to 67 within the Arab community, providing them with employment and career guidance to facilitate their integration into the workforce, career development, or job transitions. The program offers personalized support, workshops, training, and connections with employers.

The success of these 16 women highlights the program's message that accumulated life experience, combined with new technological skills, can open doors to new professional opportunities. The "Midway" program, which is free of charge and requires an interview, emphasizes that career paths remain open after the age of 50.
