Teens Arrested After Pepper-Spraying Foreign Worker for TikTok Video

Two teenagers, aged 14 and 15, from Bnei Brak were arrested on suspicion of assault after pepper-spraying a foreign worker in Ramat Gan and filming the incident for social media. The attack, which occurred about two months ago, was allegedly unprovoked. The teens, whose faces were visible in the video, posted the footage on TikTok and a Telegram channel, reportedly to gain views and notoriety. Their TikTok account allegedly features other videos of random street assaults. Responding to the video's publication, police apprehended the youths, who were subsequently released to their homes under restrictive conditions pending further investigation. Authorities are now attempting to locate the assaulted foreign worker, as no complaint was filed at the time of the incident. Police are unaware of any further incidents involving the teenagers, and the investigation is ongoing.
