Far-Right Activist Baruch Marzel Slams Yaron Zelekha as 'Most Lying Politician'

Far-right activist Baruch Marzel launched a scathing attack on Yaron Zelekha, a candidate in the upcoming elections, calling him the "most lying politician in the 2026 elections" and challenging anyone to prove otherwise. Marzel's comments came as Zelekha is running alongside Yoaz Hendel.

Earlier the same day, Yoaz Hendel, chairman of the Reservists and Economics party and Zelekha's running mate, criticized the Shas party on Radio 103fm, labeling it "the father of all impurity." Hendel stated he would not sit with anyone who encourages mass draft evasion. He further warned that if reservists do not mobilize strongly, the country could face additional elections, as the current political blocs are unproductive.

Hendel also expressed his opposition to Aryeh Deri and Moshe Gafni making decisions, declaring he would not sit in a government with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and the Haredi parties. He reiterated his stance that he would not join a government with them.
