Court Appoints Receiver for Hapoel Ironi Tiberias Football Club

Hapoel Ironi Tiberias announced Wednesday that attorney Liza Hadash has been appointed as the football club's receiver by court order. The decision removes Mickey Biton from the club's decision-making process and transfers his signing authority to Hadash. The court's ruling adopted three expert opinions that were against Biton, legally barring him from all decision-making regarding the club.

An unnamed club representative stated they will continue to lead the club on the managerial and professional side, supporting the players and staff, and will cooperate fully with Hadash, who will manage budgetary and cash flow aspects.
