Former Supreme Court Justice Efi Nae Files Massive Lawsuit Over Anti-Campaign

Former Supreme Court Justice Efi Nae has filed a substantial lawsuit against Alex Sklar, campaign consultant Ronen Tzur, and various advertising and public transportation companies. Nae alleges these entities were involved in a public advertising campaign targeting him.

In his lawsuit, Nae makes severe accusations, describing Tzur's activities as "dissemination of libel services for the wealthy, for payment." The suit claims the campaign against Nae was not isolated but involved extensive use of billboards and public transport advertising, exposing numerous drivers, passengers, and passersby to negative messages.

Nae specifically criticizes Tzur's role, stating his work constitutes "dissemination of libel services for the wealthy, for payment." The lawsuit asserts that the defendants provided large billboards and buses for the campaign, utilizing public spaces to spread messages against Nae.

The campaign, according to the suit, also attempted to broaden its reach online and through public encouragement of further content against Nae. Nae also points to the financial aspect, claiming the involved parties profited from the campaign and seeking the recovery of these alleged profits under the Unjust Enrichment Law, arguing this is necessary for "educating the entire market."
