Netanyahu Vows to Expose NYC Mayor Adams at UN

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu responded forcefully to New York City Mayor Eric Adams, who had previously labeled Netanyahu a "war criminal" and the "architect of genocide." Netanyahu accused Adams of supporting Hamas and inciting anti-Jewish sentiment in New York.

"Shame on you, Adams, shame on you for supporting the monsters of terror from Hamas who slaughtered our people. Shame on you for supporting incitement to riots against the Jews of New York," Netanyahu stated. He declared his intention to address the United Nations General Assembly, promising to "tell the truth about our heroic soldiers, and also about you."

Netanyahu's remarks came after Adams intensified his criticism of the Israeli prime minister in a CNN interview. During the interview, Adams reiterated his accusations against Netanyahu and referenced the arrest warrants sought by the International Criminal Court. However, Adams also acknowledged that he lacks the legal authority to actually arrest Netanyahu, a departure from earlier campaign statements.

Adams had initially called for Netanyahu's arrest during his election campaign, but later clarified that his statements were rhetorical and that he did not have the power to enforce such actions.
