Anti-Tom Haymov Signs Appear Day of His Wedding

Signs targeting reality TV personality Tom Haymov, containing defamatory content, were distributed across Israel on Tuesday, the same day as his wedding to Shahar Chernes. The signs, which appeared on roads early in the morning, included accusations such as "Tom Haymov sleeps with men and does drugs" and "Do they also owe you money?"

This incident follows Haymov's recent public disclosure on the program "Hafasa" with Haim Etgar about alleged extortion and threats he and his family have been facing. Haymov stated that he, his fiancée, and his parents have been subjected to harassment, unusual phone calls, and the spread of rumors intended to damage his reputation and relationship.

While Haymov has linked these issues to business disputes that allegedly escalated into personal revenge, it remains unclear if there is a direct connection between those disputes and the appearance of the wedding day signs. The individuals behind the signs, however, claimed to mako that they were motivated by financial grievances, stating, "We were robbed and exploited. We were forced to take action. Our pension funds were stolen by Haymov and Eliasi personally and documented for personal purchases, hedonistic spending, and a PR campaign to clean their names while we were robbed and exploited."

They added that after reporting the issue to the Ministry of Labor and the police without results, they felt compelled to create a public stir. They urged the public to investigate the matter and consider whether they side with the "robbed worker" earning 60 shekels per hour or the "hedonistic owner" hosting an extravagant event with a 600 shekel per-plate cost.
