Rebbe of Rachmastrivka Leads High Holy Days Services in Jerusalem

The Grand Rebbe of Rachmastrivka engaged in intense prayer and devotion throughout the High Holy Days, culminating in services observed by thousands of his Hasidic followers in Jerusalem. The Rebbe is known for his lengthy periods of prayer, particularly during the solemn High Holy Days.

During the "Tashlikh" ceremony on the eve of Yom Kippur, the Rebbe was filmed near a fish pond in the courtyard of his synagogue in Jerusalem, symbolically shaking out his clothes. This ritual is traditionally performed on the afternoon of Rosh Hashanah, but is sometimes observed on Yom Kippur eve.

Following the conclusion of Yom Kippur, thousands of Hasidim had the opportunity to approach the Rebbe to receive blessings. He was still dressed in the white garments worn during the holy day, a common practice among some Hasidic leaders to signify the sanctity of the day and the transition back to ordinary life.
