Supreme Court Justice Noam Solberg, serving as chairman of the Central Elections Committee, has rejected a request to postpone a hearing concerning the disqualification of Sami Abu Shehadeh, an Arab Israeli lawmaker. The request to delay the proceedings was filed by the Otzma Yehudit party.
