Social Media Influencer Clavicular Charged with Rape and Drugging in Massachusetts

Brayden Peters, a 20-year-old social media influencer known online as Clavicular, faces serious charges in Massachusetts, including rape, drugging a person for sexual intercourse, and providing alcohol to a minor. The alleged offenses occurred on May 23, 2025, with charges filed on September 8 in Cape Cod. If convicted of the rape charge, Peters could face up to 20 years in prison. A court appearance for arraignment is scheduled for October 14.

Peters' representative, Mitchell Jackson, dismissed the charges in a statement to The Hollywood Reporter, claiming the reporting outlet "exaggerates the status of the case to drive traffic" and that Peters had not physically received the documents. Clavicular gained notoriety for promoting "looksmaxxing" and "bone smashing," dangerous trends focused on physical attractiveness.

These charges follow a civil lawsuit filed in Florida in April by Alexandra and Silvana Mendoza, who accused Peters of assault, fraud, and sexual misconduct. They allege that during a 2025 livestream, Peters injected one of them with Aqualyx, an unapproved fat-dissolving substance, without consent. They also claim non-consensual sexual encounters occurred at his parents' Cape Cod home while the accuser was a minor and intoxicated by alcohol he allegedly provided.

Peters has denied the allegations, sharing online posts that he claims show the accuser thanking him and calling the injection "fun." He also posted a video where she reportedly stated he was "super nice" and called her a taxi. In another post, Peters stated, "It happens to all successful young men, people try to come take your money. Greed is evil."

This is not Peters' only legal entanglement. In April, he was charged in Florida with illegal firearm discharge after being filmed shooting an alligator. His lawyer stated the group was following a licensed guide's instructions and no one was harmed. In March, he was hospitalized in Miami for an overdose during a livestream, later vowing to abstain from substances. Peters visited Israel in July, a trip that generated controversy after he was filmed making a Nazi salute in a Miami club in January. During his Israel visit, he reportedly canceled an interview, claimed he was offered a meeting with Prime Minister Netanyahu, and appeared in a TikTok video with IDF soldier Shira Brown, which led to her dismissal from her unit.
