US Influencer "Clawviker" Faces Rape, Drugging Charges in Massachusetts

American influencer Braeden "Clawviker" Peters, who generated controversy during a brief visit to Israel in July, is now facing serious charges in Massachusetts. Reports indicate these include one count of rape, drugging an individual for sexual intercourse, and providing alcohol to a minor. All charges stem from an alleged incident in May 2025.

While the identity of the complainant in the criminal case has not been revealed, it appears to be connected to an event described by influencer Alexandra Silvana Mendoza in a civil lawsuit filed earlier this year. Mendoza claims Peters paid her $1,000 in May 2025, when she was 16, to film videos for him. She alleges he wanted her to be the female face of "looksmaxxing," a trend focused on enhancing physical appearance.

A representative for Peters told TMZ that Mendoza initially filed a lawsuit without a sexual assault claim, later amending it months later to include such allegations. The representative stated Peters is fighting the civil suit, believing Mendoza possesses evidence contradicting her claims, and added that "she and her lawyer then went to the police." Sources close to Peters believe this is an attempt at extortion and vow to "fight this to the end."

Mendoza's civil suit alleges she met Peters at a Cape Cod home where significant amounts of alcohol were served, leading to her intoxication. She claims Peters engaged in sexual intercourse with her while she was drunk and unable to consent. She further alleges that the following morning, she awoke to find him engaging in sexual intercourse with her again without her consent. However, due to Massachusetts' legal age of consent being 16, Peters is not facing charges related to sex with a minor below the age of consent.

Peters' attorney, Steve Kramer, previously stated regarding the civil suit that the claims are unproven and that Peters denies them, disputing the described events. He indicated Peters would respond through legal proceedings and defend himself vigorously.
