Antisemitic Social Media Star Braden Hofmann Faces Serious Charges

Controversial social media personality Braden Hofmann, known online as 'Clavicular', has been indicted on charges including rape, drug-facilitated sexual assault, and providing alcohol to a minor. The alleged sexual assault occurred on May 23, 2025, in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. The indictment was filed on September 8, and Hofmann faces a potential sentence of up to 20 years if convicted.

The charges align with allegations made in a civil lawsuit filed in Miami in April by content creator Alexandra Silvana Mendoza, known as 'Elora Ziva'. Mendoza claims Hofmann supplied her with excessive alcohol while she was a minor at his home, then engaged in sexual activity with her when she was too intoxicated to consent and again while she slept. She sued Hofmann for assault, fraud, and emotional distress following the alleged non-consensual sexual encounter in May 2025.

Hofmann has not directly addressed the criminal charges but criticized Mendoza's civil suit on X, calling her a "harasser." A representative stated that Mendoza added the sexual assault claim months after her initial filing, and the criminal case followed. Hofmann is scheduled to appear in court on October 14. The case has sparked significant online discussion regarding the conduct of social media influencers and their impact on minors.
