Fatall Hotels Invests $40 Million in Major Tiberias Hotel Renovation

Fatall Hotels has completed a significant renovation of its Tiberias property, formerly known as Leonardo Plaza Tiberias, rebranding it as Leonardo Plaza Kinneret. The extensive upgrade, costing approximately 150 million shekels (around $40 million USD), involved a complete overhaul of all 261 rooms, including 19 mini-suites, an executive suite, and a presidential suite. Public areas also received a facelift, now featuring a new outdoor pool with views of the Sea of Galilee and Golan Heights, a spa with eight treatment rooms, a dry sauna, jacuzzi pools, a gym, and a children's club.

The hotel aims to become a regional cultural hub with the introduction of "Fattal Extra," a series of acoustic performances. Starting in late October, the venue will host intimate shows by prominent Israeli musicians, including Yuval Dayan, Keren Peles, Rami Kleinstein, Amir Dadon, and Muki.

Joint CEOs of Fatall Hotels, Nadav and Assaf Fatall, stated that the investment in Leonardo Plaza Kinneret reflects the company's commitment to upgrading its Israeli properties alongside opening new hotels. They also highlighted the strategy of integrating cultural and musical content into the guest experience, allowing visitors to combine their stays with live performances.
