Netanyahu Plans to Appoint Bardugo as Communications Minister
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu intends to appoint Yaakov Bardugo, a commentator for Channel 14, as the next Communications Minister. This intention was reported by Haaretz journalist Michael Hauser-Tov over the weekend. According to the report, Netanyahu mentioned his plan twice. The first instance was in a private conversation with associates when asked about his potential role. The second time was shortly after the finalization of electoral lists. Bardugo, who was placed 11th on the Likud party's list, had previously expressed interest in the Justice Minister portfolio. However, his prospects for that role are considered very low.
