Andrew Idowu, a 20-year-old forward for Hapoel Jerusalem, has demonstrated a remarkable transformation in his performance for the 2026/2027 season. After a less dominant 2025/2026 season, Idowu has emerged as a key offensive threat for the Jerusalem club.

In his team's recent match against Maccabi Petah Tikva on Saturday, Idowu scored his fourth goal in five league games this season. Notably, all four of his goals have been scored in the last three matches.
