Eitan Burg Aims for Defensive Role in Hapoel Jerusalem's Success

Hapoel Jerusalem advanced to the quarterfinals of the Winner Cup basketball tournament with an 83-69 victory over Hapoel Be'er Sheva/Dimona on Friday. The team dominated inside despite a poor shooting night from beyond the arc. Lubell Kabil led Be'er Sheva/Dimona with 25 points, 6 assists, and 5 steals, but it wasn't enough.

Eitan Burg scored 16 points for Hapoel Jerusalem, while Kenny Lofton added 15 and Shayk Milton contributed 13. The Jerusalem team will face Herzliya in the next round.

Burg, who has a long history with the Arena, expressed his appreciation for the home crowd.
