Hapoel Haifa coach Haim Silvas is preparing his team to face Betar Jerusalem this Saturday in the fifth round of the Israeli Premier League. Silvas acknowledged the challenge of playing at Bloomfield Stadium, anticipating a strong home-field advantage for Betar despite the game being technically away for them. "We are coming with our goals, we know exactly Betar's strengths and weaknesses, and we hope to get points," Silvas stated.

Silvas downplayed Betar's recent results, emphasizing their strong momentum and fan support. He expressed confidence that his team, though expecting fewer supporters, would make their presence felt and compete fiercely. "We will come to give our all and hope to get points," he added.

The coach also addressed the omission of his players from the Olympic national team. He voiced disappointment regarding Yead Gonen's non-selection but believes Gonen's consistent performance on the field will eventually earn him a spot.
