While a meeting with Musk is possible, the prospects for Netanyahu meeting with former U.S. President Donald Trump appear slim. If a meeting were to occur, it would likely be on the morning of September 23rd, New York time. However, Trump has a busy schedule, including receiving the Chinese President at Andrews Air Force Base, and is reportedly trying to avoid any appearance of endorsing Netanyahu during his election campaign.

Separately, another diplomatic source indicated unusual involvement from the U.S. Secret Service in preparations for Netanyahu's visit to the UN General Assembly. Netanyahu is slated to land at Newark Liberty International Airport in New Jersey, chosen for its proximity to Manhattan over the usual John F. Kennedy International Airport. This decision is reportedly due to logistical arrangements concerning aircraft parking and security for the current visit, not any potential issues with New York City Mayor Eric Adams.
