Otzma Yehudit Party Pushes 'Disengagement 7/10' Plan for Gaza Exit

The Otzma Yehudit party is making the 'Disengagement 7/10' plan, focused on the voluntary departure of Gaza residents, a central part of its political platform. According to Ezra Mor, head of the party's Russian-speaking staff, Israel should negotiate with countries willing to accept Gazans and assist with their relocation. This plan, originally proposed by National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir, outlines various departure options including for work, study, medical treatment, or family reunification.

Mor stated that Israel would provide those wishing to leave with tickets, visas, and work permits, and offer support for the first two years after their move. A key component of the initiative involves establishing a dedicated ministry to manage the emigration of Gaza's population. The plan also emphasizes negotiations with host countries to facilitate this voluntary exodus.

Ezra Mor also detailed the objectives of the Otzma Yehudit Russian-speaking staff, which include informing Russian-speaking Israelis about Minister Ben-Gvir's accomplishments in his role overseeing police, the prison service, and internal security. The staff will also promote the party's future agenda, highlighting both past achievements and upcoming initiatives for the next government.

The party aims to engage with Russian-speaking voters by discussing both its track record and its forward-looking proposals.
