Wife of Detainee Appeals to West Bank Leaders Over Administrative Orders

Miriam Dardik, wife of Tal Yinon Dardik, has penned a letter to the heads of local councils in Judea and Samaria (West Bank), urging them to act against administrative orders issued against residents of the region. Dardik argues that the use of these orders constitutes discrimination and warns that silence in the face of such actions could lead to their wider application against settlers.

Tal Yinon Dardik has been actively fighting these administrative orders for the past three months. His wife stated in the letter that the residents of Judea and Samaria are uniquely subjected to these measures, calling them "unacceptable" and "anti-moral, anti-democratic, anti-Jewish, and anti-human."

She implored the council heads, including the head of the Benjamin Regional Council, to join the struggle and work towards canceling what she described as discrimination against the residents of Judea and Samaria concerning administrative orders. Dardik emphasized that her husband's fight is not just for himself but for all settlers, drawing parallels to past instances where inaction led to broader persecution of community leaders and security personnel.
