Daganit Kramer Appointed CEO of HOT Mobile Following Acquisition

Daganit Kramer, 53, has been selected as the new CEO of HOT Mobile, a leading Israeli mobile carrier. The appointment follows a comprehensive search process and is subject to the approval of the HOT Mobile board of directors. Kramer will assume leadership after the completion of the company's acquisition from Patrick Drahi by a consortium of new shareholders: Delek Israel and Keystone Fund, each holding 40% of the shares, and Leumi Partners, holding 20%. The acquisition was valued at over 1.2 billion shekels (approximately $330 million USD).

In her new role, Kramer is tasked with implementing HOT Mobile's business plan for the coming years and building a new management team. The plan aims to strengthen the brand, enhance customer experience and service, accelerate commercial activity, and optimize the company's assets and infrastructure to solidify its market position and drive growth.

Kramer brings over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Most recently, she served as Deputy CEO of Partner Communications, where she was instrumental in shaping the company's business and marketing strategies. Her previous roles include senior positions within the Bezeq Group, including Deputy CEO of Pelephone, yes, and Bezeq International, where she led strategic initiatives, digital transformation, and organizational changes. She also held management positions in customer service and sales at Pelephone and 012 Smile.

Kramer holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing and is a graduate of the Directors' Course at Reichman University.
