A 66-year-old man was stabbed on his way to attend Selichot prayers, a pre-Rosh Hashanah penitential service, in the central Israeli city of Ramle. The incident occurred as the man was walking to a synagogue on Tuesday night. He sustained moderate injuries and was evacuated to Shamir Medical Center (Assaf Harofeh) for treatment.
