Influencer Sapir Bar Gila Slams Comedian for Mocking Her Divorce Struggles
Content creator Nadir Eliyahu has drawn sharp criticism from influencer Sapir Bar Gila for a humorous video he posted on Instagram. The video parodied a statement Bar Gila made in a Channel 13 documentary about her past year, which detailed her difficult divorce from Avraham Eklom.
In the documentary, Bar Gila recounted instances where Eklom would allegedly become angry when she left the house, demanding she "prepare me kebab." Eliyahu used an AI tool to create a video depicting himself making kebab, also including images of fellow influencers Nofar Mor, Bar Cohen, and Amit Chen. Bar Gila was incensed by the post.
"Of course, you'll say it's 'a joke.' It's always a joke when you need to explain why you've been embarrassing," Bar Gila responded, accusing Eliyahu of being obsessed with her, her family, and her story. She stated, "The joke this time is a chained woman fighting for her freedom. Hilarious. Truly excellent material for your coffee meetups. Of everything revealed in the article, this is what you chose to take. Not surprising. Depth was never a prerequisite for noise."
Bar Gila further asserted that she was providing Eliyahu with new material for interviews and stories because staying relevant on his own has become too challenging. She declared, "Just don't get confused, the fact that you're busy with me doesn't mean I'm busy with you. 2026 brings my release, and with it, the end of the era where people like you thought the way to silence me was to try and humiliate me."
Eliyahu initially responded by noting other celebrities, including Agam Rodberg and Noa Kirel, had also joked about the kebab comment. He then shared Bar Gila's own kebab recipe, writing, "When it's convenient, it's convenient, and the double standard is at its peak."
