Anti-Tank Missile Fired at Home Linked to Crime Family in Central Israel

Unknown assailants fired an anti-tank missile at a residential building in Jaljulia, located in Israel's central Sharon district, on Wednesday evening, September 16. The targeted home is inhabited by a family reportedly connected to organized crime. Fortunately, no injuries were reported as a result of the attack, according to Ynet. Police have classified the incident as criminal in nature. The rocket-propelled grenade launcher used in the assault was stolen from the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). Following the shooting, the suspects fled the scene and are currently being sought by authorities. Police from the Kfar Kasem station responded to the incident, arriving in Jaljulia shortly after the shot was fired. They secured the area, examined the site, and collected evidence. All collected materials have been sent for analysis to the Israeli police's forensic and sapper laboratories. The investigation is ongoing.
