Hapoel Petah Tikva Midfielder Out for Hapoel Tel Aviv Clash

Hapoel Petah Tikva midfielder Guy Badash has been excluded from the squad for the upcoming match against Hapoel Tel Aviv due to disciplinary issues, following his refusal to transfer to MS Ashdod. The club is considering how to proceed with Badash, who is reportedly the highest-paid Israeli player on the team with a net monthly salary of approximately NIS 40,000. Coach Omer Peretz has stated that Badash does not fit his system.

In related team news, new signing Roey Levy, who can also play on the wing, has been cleared to play and will wear number 7. Levy was loaned from Hapoel Be'er Sheva without a transfer fee and is expected to earn around NIS 30,000 per month. His arrival may facilitate a return to a formation utilizing wingers, a system that proved successful for the team last season.

Additionally, Shavit Mazol, who transferred to MS Ashdod, reportedly left Hapoel Petah Tikva not solely for professional reasons.
