Stolen IDF Rocket Fired at Homes in Central Israel

An anti-tank rocket, identified as an "Lau" type and reported stolen from the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), was fired Wednesday evening towards a residential compound in Jaljulia, a town in the Sharon region of central Israel. The compound is reportedly home to a crime family. No injuries were reported as a result of the attack. Police launched a manhunt for suspects involved in the incident, stating the motive appears to be criminal. Officers from the Kfar Qassem station responded to the scene immediately after the report of the firing and began searching the area while collecting evidence. The police confirmed that the munition was stolen from the IDF and that findings from the scene were transferred to forensic labs for further analysis.
