Michal HaKtana's Daughter Discusses Mother's Breakup
Yuli Weitzman, 18, the eldest daughter of Israeli entertainer Michal HaKtana (43) and businessman Nir Weitzman (47), has spoken publicly for the first time about her mother's recent breakup with 25-year-old Yehuda Bohbot. In an interview with Mako Celebrities, Yuli stated she accepts the separation with understanding and is not upset by the development, noting, "This is not the first breakup." She expressed confidence in her mother's decisions, believing things happen for the best.
Yuli revealed that unlike the beginning of her mother's relationship with Bohbot, which she learned about through the media, this time she was involved in how the breakup would be presented to the public. Both her mother and Bohbot contacted her, informed her of the split, and consulted with her on how to announce it. She also addressed her initial reservations about the relationship, attributing them to the emotional period following her parents' divorce. Yuli stated that Bohbot had become part of the family's close social circle, and she and her partner often spent time with Michal and Yehuda.
She expressed love for her mother, Bohbot, and her father. Weitzman also advised her parents to take a break from seeking new relationships, suggesting they enjoy their single lives and the peace brought by their six children. Regarding her own life, Yuli shared she has been in a stable relationship for three years, describing herself as someone who needs security and support, and emphasizing the importance of privacy in relationships, stating, "What is hidden from the eye is the healthiest relationship."
Weitzman also commented on her large family, rejecting the idea of further expansion, saying, "There are 3 sons and 3 daughters, enough, no need for a derby." She prefers to invest in her existing siblings, noting their proficiency in learning three languages. She expressed hope that the entire family, including her parents, can gather for the next holiday, aiming for a reunion based on mutual respect and happiness. Michal HaKtana and Yehuda Bohbot ended their highly publicized nine-month relationship last month.
