Michal Haktana's Daughter Juli Weitzman Opens Up on Parents' Divorce and Mother's New Relationship

Juli Weitzman, 18, the eldest daughter of Israeli children's star Michal Haktana, is preparing to enlist in the Israel Defense Forces soon. Ahead of her enlistment, she spoke candidly at the Bath & Body Works X STAR WARS launch event about her parents' recent divorce and her mother's new relationship with Yehuda Bohbot, who is 19 years younger than Michal.

Weitzman revealed she first learned about her parents' divorce through Instagram, describing the moment as a shock. "I was in a summer course, scrolling through Instagram, and suddenly saw 'Nir and Michal are divorcing.' My parents divorced and I found out on Instagram. It took me a moment to process," she said. She also shared how she took on a caretaker role for her younger siblings during the difficult period, acting as a "little mother" by helping with bedtime and meals.

Regarding her mother's relationship with Yehuda Bohbot, Weitzman admitted her initial reaction was that of an innocent 18-year-old surprised by the age gap. "It took me time to accept it, but they gave me my time. Yehuda is part of our home. It was a shock to realize my mother is in a relationship, but life moves on. Who am I to stop her?" she said.

Weitzman's openness highlights her maturity and the evolving family dynamics as she prepares for her military service.
